Drive Shack would be a poor acquisition decision. The Puttery business case is still unclear. The 'putting' entertainment space is getting crowded and overall economics are not proven to be sustainable, unlike Topgolf which is a proven and scalable business model that complements Callaway's B2C work to build and engage with an enormous audience across its hardgoods, softgoods, and entertainment business units.
